Suspended jail sentence for East Dene man with crack cocaine
A MAN found carrying cannabis and crack cocaine has been handed a suspended jail term.
Waqar Iqbal, of Dene Crescent, East Dene, was sentenced to ten weeks in prison suspended for a year after being found with 11 one-gram bags of cannabis and 12.2 grams of crack cocaine by police in Rotherham.
He was handed a 12-month supervision order and ordered carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay £80 victim surcharge, £180 criminal courts charge and £60 costs.
