Rotherham Civic date for Jonathan Ross favourites 4 Poofs and A Piano

JONATHAN Ross’s house band 4 Poofs and a Piano are heading for Rotherham next month.

They will be bringing their acclaimed Edinburgh Festival show 4 Poofs & A Piano—Business As Usual to the Civic Theatre.

Describing themselves as more hairdresser than barbershop, the group have been together since 2000 and become known for their jaunty reworkings of show tunes, funk, punk, rap and swing.

They spent nine years on Jonathan Ross’s BBC show before a stint on TV’s breakfast show Daybreak and sell-out success in Edinburgh with their Smoke & Mirrorballs show.

They continue to be a big hit on the corporate cabaret circuit.

They will be performing in the Assembly Room at Rotherham Civic at 7.30pm at on March 10. Tickets are available on 01709 823621.
