Road still closed after town centre "stabbing"
A ROAD in Rotherham has been closed while police deal with an incident.
It is understood that a stabbing has taken place.
An eyewitness said a young male student is the victim in the incident. It is claimed that the incident involved a number of youths.
Eastwood Lane eastbound between the Howard Street and Wharncliffe Street junctions is closed.
Police have taped off the area and are diverting cars away from the scene.
