£800,000 facelift for Rotherham care home

A LEADING renovation company has secured an £800,000 contract on a care home in Rotherham.

C and R Maintenance Services has been awarded three projects, including a contract at Bolton Hall Care Home in Rotherham, where it is refurbishing 60 bedrooms.

The project includes full decorations, floor coverings, adapted bathrooms and wet floor shower rooms, as well as a single storey extension.

The Halifax-based company has become a preferred maintenance contractor for Craegmoor in the Northern region.
