New houses for Waverley are just what the doctor ordered
PLANNING permission has been granted for another 130 houses at Waverley — bringing a GP surgery for the community a step closer.
The properties from Taylor Wimpey Homes will add to the 650 dwellings already built at the growing community.
The trigger point for developers to provide a doctors’ surgery is 915, which is expected to be reached in the next year or two.
The Taylor Wimpey plan replaced a previous application last year from Harron Homes, which fell through over a land deal.
