Police warn against speculation over Sade's death

DETECTIVES investigating the death of a 21-year-old girl urging the close-knit community to keep an open mind about how she died

Sade Ann Russell was pronounced dead at her home on Addison Square, Dinnington, after an paramedics were called to the property in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Police later arrested two men, a 53-year-old and a 33-year-old from the Dinnington area.

But they were released on bail on Monday and investigating officers are now urging

Dinnington residents not to speculate over the possible causes of Miss Russell’s death.

Det Sgt Ian Proffitt said: “Officers are conducting a criminal investigation besides making enquiries on behalf of the coroner and we’d remind people to avoid speculation or conjecture as it might hinder, rather than help.

“We want the public to keep an open mind until our investigations are complete.”

Post mortem examinations of Miss Russell’s body have so far proved inconclusive and toxicological reports are being compiled to determine the cause of death.

An inquest is expected to be opened at Doncaster Coroner’s Court this morning.
