Police seek witnesses to suspected arson attack
WITNESSES are being sought by police after a suspected arson attack on a house.
The suspected arson took place on August 23 at 3.45am in Windhill Crescent, Mexborough.
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: “It is alleged that an accelerant was poured through the letterbox of the property and set alight.”

Hide AdNo one was injured in the incident and no arrests have yet been made.
Police say that anyone who witnessed the incident or who has information should call 101 quoting incident number 178 of August 23, or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
