Time almost up for Herringthorpe Playing Fields consultation

TIME is running out for people to have their say on plans to lease a chunk of Herringthorpe Playing Fields to Rotherham Rugby Club.

Rotherham Borough Council is consulting on an application by the club to lease a slice of land off Badsley Moor Lane for 25 years.

All objections and comments relating to the plans have to submitted to the council by Friday.

They can be made in writing to Director of Legal and Democratic Services, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham S60 1AE.
