Rotherham Hospice taking steps to raise money

ROTHERHAM Hospice is offering supporters the chance to learn not one but FOUR dance styles — all in one day.

Dance Around The World challenges participants to try out varied moves across four sessions with experienced teachers.

Hospice fund-raiser Anne Giblin said: “It’s an exciting opportunity for people of all ages and dancing backgrounds to come together and pick up something different from local dance teachers, while helping to support the hospice.

“This is the first time we have done this event, and I hope people will enjoy trying something new. You don’t need a dancing partner either, the event is open to all.”

The sponsored challenge takes place at Silverwood Miners Welfare from 9.30am to 3.30pm on Sunday, May 19. Registration is £5 including a buffet lunch.
