Cruise auction to boost hospice funds

A TEN-day Mediterranean cruise for two is being auctioned on eBay to raise money for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.

The holiday — worth £1,660 — departs Southampton on October 15 and calls at Lisbon, Gibraltar, Malaga, Seville and La Coruna.

Michael Wilson, managing director of Bolsover Cruise Club, which donated the prize, said: “We are thrilled and proud to support a charity such as Bluebell Wood.”

Bluebell Wood corporate fundraiser Rachael Dawes said: “This is the second cruise they have donated to us and every penny helps us to provide the much needed care.”
