He's done it! Nick Alexander has succeeded in his gruelling bike ride from the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean over the Pyrenees in just over five days.
Garnett Dickinson CEO Nick arrived in Argele sur Mer early on Friday morning and tweeted: "Made it. 5.5 days, pain, countless miles and hills."
Nick said: "The event was tough but easy compared to the challenges of daily life for many people involved with my three chosen charities this year; Seren House, Beaumond House Hospice and Phase.
