Jobseekers urged to attend Meadowhall jobs fair
MORE than 2,000 jobs will be up for grabs at the Meadowhall Christmas jobs fair as over 40 retailers look to employ staff for the shopping centre’s busiest period.
The event will run tomorrow (Wednesday, September 23) in the Oasis Courtyard from 10am to 6pm and attendees are asked to bring along copies of their CV.
Some of the centre’s most popular retail brands will be there on the day to discuss opportunities with anyone looking for temporary work during the festive period.
There will be up to 2,000 vacancies available and applicants can even apply for roles on the day.
Last year’s event saw more than 1,000 hopeful candidates show up.
