H&M to set-up shop

HIGH street fashion retailer H&M is gearing-up to set up shop at a Rotherham retail park.

The clothing and accessories store will open in the unit left vacant by WH Smith following its closure at Parkgate Shopping on Wednesday (15).

A spokeswoman for the retail park said: “Work will get underway to create a mezzanine in the store and H&M are expected to move in at some time in the autumn.”

A spokesman from H&M, said: "We are delighted to be opening in Parkgate Shopping in Rotherham and believe this is an exciting opportunity to expand our brand.

“It's exciting to continue to expand nation-wide, throughout the UK, reaching both new and also existing customers in their home towns and cities.”
