Funeral for murdered Rotherham man
The funeral a Rotherham man found dead outside his home will be held today.
David Wilkes (39), was found on the landing outside his first-floor flat at of Fortway Road, Brinsworth, at around 9am on Saturday, March 26.
A post-mortem examination revealed he suffered head injuries.
A neighbour, 20-year-old Justin Fishlock, has been charged with his murder.
Mr Wilkes’ funeral will be held at St Thomas’ Church, Church Street, Kimberworth, at 3pm today.
