Four to stand trial over police chopper sex filming claims

ONE serving police officer from Rotherham and a former officer from the town will stand trial over claims they filmed naked people or couples having sex from the police helicopter.

Lee Walls (46), who is still serving in South Yorkshire Police, and ex-officer Adrian Pogmore (50), are among five men charged over misconduct and misuse of force property allegations.

Ex-PC Pogmore, of Guilthwaite Crescent, Whiston, appeared before Sheffield Crown Court today accused of one count of wilful misconduct in public office and three of wilful misconduct by misusing police resources.
