A FORMER working men’s club goes up for auction this week (25) with a guide price of £125,000.
The old Swallownest Social venue is designated for residential development, and previously had planning permission for four flats.
Feasibility studies for the Nursery Road land suggest it could host six new-build flats or three large town houses.
It will be auctioned off by Mark Jenkinson & Son on Tuesday.
