Woman cut free from car after crash

A WOMAN had to be cut free from her car after an early morning collision.

The incident occurred on Sunday (November 6) around 5.15am on Doncaster Road, Hooton Roberts, and no other vehicles are understood to have been involved.

A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said two crews from Rotherham station attended the scene and rescued the female passenger by removing the roof of the car.

 

South Yorkshire Police also attended but were unable to provide an update on the woman’s condition.
