Two men held on suspicion of murder after woman's death
TWO men were arrested on suspicion of murder after a 28-year-old woman was found dead in Mexborough.
Police were called to a property on Main Street at about 12.50pm yesterday (Monday) where the body was found.
Two men, aged 27 and 33, were arrested at the scene.
A police spokesperson said last night: “Enquiries are ongoing to ascertain the exact circumstances surrounding the woman’s death and a cordon remains in place at the scene while officers continue their work.”
Officers are urging anyone with information to call 101 quoting incident 313 of June 8.
