Spate of weekend arson attacks
AN ARSON attack on a car spread to a garage and felt roofing in the early hours of Saturday.
Firefighters were called to Herringthorpe Valley Road at 3am after an Audi S3 was set alight.
Earlier, crews were called to a VW Touran which had been set on fire on Foljambe Drive, Dalton, as well as an Audi A3 at Hargrave Place in Thrybergh.
A motorbike was torched on Leys Lane in Dinnington on Saturday evening and there was a deliberate bin fire on Sunday night on Thundercliffe Road, Blackburn.
