Couper, Dunstan and Hamilton have also been charged with producing cannabis.

Hamilton and Scholey were remanded to appear at Sheffield Crown Court on March 16 and February 19 respectively.

Couper, Dunstan and Williams were released on court bail to appear at Sheffield Crown Court on March 16.

The charges come after officers uncovered the drugs during a search of a property in Doncaster on Wednesday where approximately 5.7 kilogrammes of class A drug heroin, with an estimated street value of around £1 million, was recovered.

Five mature cannabis plants and £1,400 in cash were also found in the property.

Officers also uncovered 75 grams of heroin at a second house in the Doncaster area.
