Police seek information on Bramley armed robbery

POLICE are seeking information on the armed robbery of a man at his home in Bramley by two men in balaclavas.

Officers understand that the men knocked on the 43-year-old’s door in Main Street at around 9.05pm on Tuesday.

One of them is said to have threatened the occupant with a knife, before searching the house and taking a quantity of money.

The householder suffered a minor injury.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area is urged to call police on 101, quoting incident number 1243 of December 8.
