Police hunt woman after racist attack at take away

POLICE have issued CCTV images of a woman they are attempting to track down as part of an investigation into alleged racism.

Officers want to speak to the woman following an incident in which a woman made racist and abusive comments to staff at a fast food outlet on Doncaster Road, Dalton, at around 6pm on January 22.

The woman is described as white, aged between 40 and 45-years-old, of slender build and approximately 5ft 5ins tall.

She was wearing black rimmed circular glasses and a heavy long black woollen coat and carrying a small handbag at the time of the incident.

Anyone with information about the racist altercation should contact South Yorkshire Police by dialling 101, quoting incident number 765 of the January 22.
