Police hunt hooded robbers who injured man

TWO hooded men who robbed a man of his mobile phone and left him injured are being hunted by police.

The 30-year-old victim was targeted at the rear of Wickersley Health Centre on Warren Road at around 5.30pm on Tuesday, November 1.

Officers said the robbers were white, in their early 20s, around 5ft 9ins tall, of slim build and with short brown hair.

One of the men was wearing a dark hooded top and matching bottoms with white stripes down the side of the leg.

The second man was wearing a dark hooded top and blue jeans.

Both men covered their faces with scarves and left the victim with minor injuries, said a South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman.
