Mexborough fire was deliberate
A CAR fire in Mexborough this morning was started deliberately, according to fire crews.
The blaze happened on Clayfield View, Mexborough, at 5.30am.
Fire crews from Dearne, Rotherham and Maltby wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel to put out the flames and left the scene at 6.10am.
A Skoda Fabia was badly damaged in the incident but there was no damage to the garage.
