Fire crews from Rotherham and Dearne stations attended Woodleys Avenue in Rawmarsh at about 6.45pm on Sunday.

Firefighters were also called out to four deliberate fires over the weekend.

They dealt with rubbish and furniture on fire at The Lanes in East Dene shortly before 11pm on Sunday and a car fire in Dixon Road, Edlington, at 3am on Saturday.

Crews also attended when a bale of straw was set alight on Gardens Lane, Conisbrough and a rubbish blaze on School Street in Thurnscoe. Both incidents were at about 8.30pm on Sunday.
