Man found with head injuries in park

DETECTIVES have appealed for witnesses after a man was found with serious injuries in a park.

The 53-year-old was taken to Rotherham Hospital from Bradgate Park at about 10.50pm on Wednesday.

Det Sgt Claire Moss said: “The man remains in a serious and potentially life-threatening condition.

“I would like to ask that anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious to come forward so that we can establish what happened in this incident.

“If you have any information that could assist with our enquiries, please call 101 and quote incident number 1176 of 10 August.”
