Hunt for men caught on camera trying to burgle property in Wombwell

It is reported that on March 14 at about 5.30pm, the offenders broke a padlock on the side gate to get into a garden on Dovecliffe Road and then damaged the rear patio door to gain access to the property .

A member of the public disturbed the suspects inside their property which resulted in them fleeing the scene empty-handed, a police spokesperson said, adding: "Enquiries have been pro-actively ongoing and officers are keen to identify the two men in the images as they may be able to assist with enquiries."
