Fire crews tackle skip fires
FIREFIGHTERS were called to deliberate fires in skips at Parkgate and Mexborough.
Crews from Dearne station went to Wath Road in Mexborough at 9.50pm on Monday.
Colleagues at Rotherham station were called to Midland Street in Parkgate at about 4.30am on Tuesday.
Firefighters also attended a deliberate rubbish blaze on Dunn Street, Swinton, shortly before 8.30pm on Monday.
And they dealt with a car fire on Barnburgh Lane at Goldthorpe at 10.30pm on Monday.
