Fire crews deal with two arson attacks
FIREFIGHTERS attended two vehicle fires, a settee blaze and a car crash overnight.
Crews from Rotherham station were called out at 11.40pm on Monday to Castle Avenue in Canklow, where a settee and rubbish had been set alight outside.
They attended a second deliberate blaze when a Peugeot 308 was set alight on Simmonite Road at Kimberworth Park at 3am on Tuesday.

Hide AdLater, they were called to the scene of a road accident after a Vauxhall Astra hit a wall in Old School Road, Greasbrough, at 4.15am.
And colleagues from Maltby station attended a van fire in New Road, Firbeck, shortly before 4.30am. The cause of the blaze is not yet known.
