CCTV appeal over Wellgate disorder

OFFICERS investigating disorder on Wellgate after a town centre demo have issued images of seven men they want to find.

Bottles and bricks were thrown during the trouble on September 5 which saw several people injured.

Nineteen men — 15 from Rotherham and four from West Yorkshire — have been arrested for violent disorder and bailed.

Investigating officers believe the seven men shown in CCTV stills could hold vital information about the what happened. Photos two and eight are of the same man.
