Burning tractor tyres blaze

A QUANTITY of burning tractor tyres was put out by fire officers.

A fire crew was called to the scene on Park Lane, Thrybergh, at 9.05pm on Monday.

The cause of the fire is not yet known and it took half-an-hour to be brought under control.

Firefighters were also called to put out a chip pan fire on Cinderhill Road, Kimberworth Park.

They were called at 10.50pm and spent half-an-hour at the scene.
