Burning refuse and car tackled
FIREFIGHTERS put out burning sofas and other refuse in Parkgate on Saturday.
A Rotherham station crew attended the blaze on Goosebutt Court at 9.20pm, leaving at 9.50pm. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
Dinnington firefighters tackled a car fire on High Nook Road, Dinnington at 10.10pm yesterday.
They left the scene at 10.30pm. The fire is thought to have been set deliberately.
