Burglary suspect remanded in custody
A 35-year-old man has been remanded in custody after being accused of burglary, cat theft and a drug offence.
Wayne Smith (35), of Cantilupe Crescent, Aston, was charged on Wednesday with two burglaries at Todwick and one at Ulley in the early hours of Tuesday, 25, plua taking a vehicle without consent and a drug offence relating to a cannabis set-up.
He appeared at Rotherham Magistrates' Court and was remanded until his next appearance at Sheffield Crown Court on April 10.
