Alleged burglar in court to face eight charges

A MAN has been charged with eight offences including two burglaries which took place earlier this week.

Wayne Smith, (37), of Cantilupe Crescent, Aston, was due to appear at Rotherham Magistrates' Court today (September 7).

Smith has been charged with two counts of taking a vehicle without consent, going equipped for burglary, driving with no insurance, driving with no licence and driving while disqualified.

He also faces two counts of burglary which took place between Monday and Tuesday on Station Road in Dinnington and Riverside Court in Laughton-en-le-Morthen.
