Cold spell could bring first snow of 2016
SNOW could fall across the borough on Thursday as temperatures continue to fall.
The Met Office said there would be occasional heavy rain showers today (Monday), which could be wintry over higher ground.
Its chief forecaster said it would be similar tomorrow and Wednesday but with some bright or sunny spells.
But the Met Office warned of possible wintry showers and snow on Thursday morning with temperatures around 2°C.
