Can you help with WWI memorial design?

CAMPAIGNERS for a World War Two memorial in Clifton Park are seeking generous architects to make their mark on history by designing the monument for free.

The appeal for help shaping the stone comes as engineers begin checking the proposed site — near the existing World War One memorial — to make sure that it will bear a second structure.

The campaign team has raised more than £18,000 in donations, with more trickling in — and there is still lots of fund-raising to take place.
