Business park plans for former Liquid nightclub site
A CAR park between New York Stadium and the former Liquid nightclub site is set for new development.
EV Waddington Ltd has applied for permission to build four units for employment purposes at Brinsworth Street.
The land has been used as a car park since 2013. Forty-four spaces would remain for use with the new development, according to plans filed with RMBC.
EV Waddington has previously worked on Aldwarke Business Park at Aldwarke, Chesterton Court in Eastwood and 31 East at Dinnington.
