Bulldozers ready to move in on Rank Hovis building
A PROMINENT building on Rotherham’s town centre skyline looks set to be demolished.
Plans have been submitted for the former Rank Hovis flour mill, on Town Mills in Canklow, to be razed.
The building was closed in 2008, with a loss of about 40 jobs. Demolition firm ASC Contracts has been talking to several developers interested in the future of the site.
