Bin fire spreads to fence
FIREFIGHTERS were called out on Sunday morning when a blaze in a domestic bin spread to a fence.
The incident took place on Albert Road in Parkgate.
Also, two hose reels were needed by firefighters to tackle garden fencing which was alight on Sunday morning.
The cause of the fire on Stonechat Mead, Wath-Upon-Dearne, is uncertain.
And a fire crew was called out to tackle a small fire in the boot of a car on High Street in Rawmarsh on Saturday night.
Fire officers spent 25 minutes tackling the blaze.
