Arsonists keep firefighters busy

FIREFIGHTERS tackled three arson attacks in one night.

A wheelie bin was torched on Ochre Dike Walk, Wingfield at around 8.45pm on Tuesday.

Firefighters spent around 15 minutes at the scene.

Arsonists also torched another wheelie bin on Rosehill Road, Rawmarsh, at around 10.20pm.

A fire crew spent around 20 minutes at the scene.

A Land Rover Freelander was also set on fire on Droppingwell Road, Kimberworth, at around 1.05am.

It took firefighters around half-an-hour to bring the blaze under control.
