Anti-fracking group to hold protest walk
CAMPAIGNERS fighting against fracking will hold a protest walk this weekend.
Frack Free Dearne Valley wants people to join a walk around Manvers Lake in Wath to protest about plans to carry out the controversial mining technique in the Dearne Valley.
People should meet at the Old Moor RSPB nature reserve car park at 1.30pm this Sunday prior to the walk to Manvers Boathouse where food will be available.
The route is suitable for gentle walking.
