Suspected serial shoplifter arrested in Parkgate street
A SUSPECTED thief was arrested in the street and charged with a string of offences as part of a borough-wide police operation.
A 27-year-old woman was arrested at Wannop Street in Parkgate yesterday afternoon.
Police said the arrest was part of the Operation Duxford day of action across Rotherham.
The woman arrested was charged with ten offences of shop theft and was due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court today.
