OSTEOPATHY is an alternative method of health care based on the management of musculoskeletal conditions.

Commonly used techniques include: soft tissue massage, stretches, manipulation and articulation of joints.

Hands on treatment is usually used along with home exercises and advice. These may be given to prolong the effects of treatment and aim to reduce any reoccurrence of injury.
