Arsonists strike twice in Dearne Valley

DEARNE firefighters attended two deliberate fires last night (Tuesday).

One crew tackled a refuse fire on Wath Road, Brampton at 9.05pm. Staff left the scene around 20 minutes later.

A crew also attended Blackamoor Road, Swinton at around 11.05pm, where they found a van on fire.

Staff left the scene around 30 minutes later.
